Strange noises have been going on in my house that ihave just moved into. My son also has been sleep walking and he has never done that before. I was just curious if any strange activity has happened in my new home.

There is no way anyone here would know. Have you talked to your neighbors, researched the address?

And starting to sleep walk can be
1. just a phase
2. something at his age, my one son started at about 5 and lasted a couple years
3. stress from the move and a new home
4. seldom will "ghost or paranormal" cause any sleep walking

Yes, sleep walking should not really be considered a sign for paranormal activity. What kinds of sounds are you hearing? Like Judy suggested, I would talk to some neighbors and see if they know of anything unusual.
