Can a seller charge you additional interest from the 1st to the day you pay, without it being stated in your conttract?

Nothing additional can be charged * but, if you are late on the payment, they may normally declare you to be in default of the contract, declare the contract void. So the issue is you can not pay late. So you need to fix the problem that you are causing by paying on or before the first in all future payments

Interest Rate For Contract For Deed [ 4 Answers ]

Hi, We are selling our house on contract and would like to know what interest rate is customary for a contract. We pay 5.95 on our arm loan and 8.5 on our second mortgage. We, of course would like to make some money, but not gouge the buyer. Thanks in advance, Lora
