Weird sensation in leg
I have been getting a sensation of warm fluid running down my right leg, but inside my leg. I have pain also in ky right foot. The same leg I've been getting the sensation in. I will sleep all night and in the morning it feels like I've been standing on that foot all night. What could it be?

It could be so many things that you have to see your doctor. We don't know your history and current state of health. Pinched nerve might not be serious; some sort of vascular problem might be serious. You do have major vessels (femoral) going down the inner thigh.
