Can you please clean up the first part of your post. It is unintelligible. Or start over and make the whole post readable.

Sometimes dogs will become weird with eating around their heat cycles. They will either pack on the pounds, or they will pick at it.

You've been through 5 different brands of food? I would suggest to pick a food that you feel is good for your dog and within you price range and stick to it. If after a bag of food, she is just not liking it, than switch to a different type of food. I've had a lot of luck feeding picky eaters by feeding Purina Pro Plan chicken adult. Its smelly and apparently tasty. It will also help with the weight loss since is it moderately high in calories. I would also suggest to feed the Large breed formula due to the fact it has glucosamine and in it to help with joint health.

To entice her to eat, try mixing canned food in with it warm, heat up the kibbles to release the oils and intensify the smell, you can dribble tuna oil over the top.

Dogs that don't want to eat usually have something else brewing inside. I would make an appointment to see a vet as soon as you can. Medications to help with nausea can be given to help her feel better. You should also investigate into getting her spayed. In tact females are at high risk for breast cancer... the most common, and fatal issue is Pyometra. She will also be a better dog.. without a hormone surge every 6-8 months, her personality will level out more.
