I have had cramping and diarrhea for 3 days. I have tried everything over the counter nothing works. Called my dr he has been out of the office. Is there anything I can do to stop this. Everything goes straight through me.

Your doctor has someone covering, right? Make an appointment even if you get over this before you see the dr.
If you just have the most common ailment, stomach virus, your best bet is to refrain from all solid food and have just clear broth and weak clear juice like apple until it runs it's course. This was told to me by a doctor 30 years ago, and it worked. But you could have something else, of course! It won't hurt, however, to be on a liquid diet. You do need to drink lots to avoid getting dehyrdrated.
