    Judgement
    Hello-I was just sued in small claims, I agreed that I did owe the $$. So I got the letter in the mail about the payment hearing, it was on the 22nd and the plaintiff did not show. So the magistrate stated the case is inactive until she contacts them. Well, I was told by a reliable source she moved and isn't giving out her address. Ive called, texted and she is not responding? What should I do? I just want to get this over with!

    What state was this in. This is regulated under state laws.
