    Probation
I have to go out of the county for work and was wondering if they will know because I have a ankle monitor on I will only be there for 3 hours and I will be back to town before my shift ends just wondering if I will be okay to leave the county for a few hours and then come back

If one of the stipulations of your probation is that you do not leave the county, then no, you won't be okay.

    Call your probation officer.

Yeah that's really what I want to do not I hadn't put it on my schedule and that's why I was wondering because it is for work and while I am at work I didn't think it would matter so I was just asking

Seriously... call someone and set it right. get permission... I doubt its important enough to get violated over.

I just didn't want it to beep or something but I doubt that the monitor is going to beep because it can only tell when I am at my house I believe

Well... look at it this way... did you expect to get the last traffic ticket when and where you did?

Something as simple as that can get you caught.

That makessense. But really the only way they would know where you were is if they have GPS on you I could probably fly to Washington and back as long as it's during my workday and they would never know hypothetically speaking

Hypothetically... however... accidents happen, you get a ticket... lots can go wrong. And you can't plan for them.

Just get the permission... then you don't have to worry about it.
