Father wants full custody or partial custody
My ex is having my baby, she is just over 3 months pregnant. We broke up right beforr show found out she was pregnant. Now she wants to move in with me and start a family being her, our baby, her other baby, and me. I don't want this at all but it seems like the only way I can have my child in my life. If I choose not to be with her then she is going to move 200+ miles away, make me pay child support and only receive visitations for every other weekend for the first two years of my child's life. I want full custody or some form of it so I can have my child in my life and not have her baggage with me. Her current child is sick all of the time, was a premie and is a royal brat. This is because she, the mother, lives in her sisters unfinished basement which is always coveref in trash, clothes, dirty plates and bottles, but worst of all is dirty diapers. Then her car is always filthy just like her "room" is. I don't want my child to grow up like this and I don't want to live like that for the rest of my life. She swears up and down that she is going to change, but shr has been saying that for the past year. So due to her dirty ways, how coulf I go about getting full.custody or some variation to where I can keep my child in my life and her out of my hair... for the most part.

Ps. She makes hardly no money(maybe 15000/year) and can't even afford to buy her own child milk. I on the other hand make plenty of money(a little over 40000/year) where I can support myself and my child.

Go to Court when the child is born, have DNA testing, ask for custody or visitation, PROVE she's a danger to the child.

Did she ignore/mistreat her older child during your relationship with her? Was she a "loser" when you were having sex with her.

Where do you live that $40,000/year is "plenty of money"?

So you get yourself a lawyer and file for primary physical custody when the child is born.
