Hi my ex partner the father to my son take me to court for set contact hours when are son was 18 months old the hours where set to 8.30am till 3pm on thursdays and every other weekend from Saturday 9am till Sunday 3pm when jack our son started school 4yrs ago to be fair to his dad I arranged a meeting between us where we came to an arrangement that his dad would collect jack from school at 3.15pm and drop him off at mine at 6.30pm on a Thursday and every other weekend collect him from mine at 6.30pm on a Friday and drop him back off on Sunday at 5. his father refuses to bring him back on time which verse from 10 minutes to 1 half hours late. When possible like in the school hlidays I extend these hours further to 4/5 nights every other weekend and also he can stop every Wednesday night till Thursday night or even some times a Friday morning but his father still refuses to bring him back on time. What should I do x

I see you are more then fair, but you don't indicate where you are located, is it the UK? You should contact your solicitor for guidance and to let him know that your ex is changing the court order visitation times (and you have to, you should have stuck to the times indicated), or this would not have been a problem for you.

I know this in family law guys, and is not my purvue but couldn't help myself and would ask that scott or AK could give direction to the OP even though I think it is in the UK.
