Nose scar from glasses?

My sister punched me square where my glasses sit on the bridge of my nose, as the glasses were thin and sharp the metal dug in deep and left an ugly bumpy small red scar on my nose which is just NOT healing. This was in mid March and it's September now, it's getting to me, what shall I do?
