    Fbar amendment
    I am green card holder. I sent money to india last 3 years to construct my house. I did not file FBAR. Can I file last three years at time. I got some bank interest.Please guide me..

    Download the FBAR form from Internal Revenue Service, complete it for each year, and submit the forms altogether with a cover letter explaining you were unaware of the requirement based on your situation.

    If the amounts involved are below $100,000, the IRS will accept this late, "quiet" submission without comment. Just be sure to to submit the FBAR in future years as required.
