    Will we get back together? Does he want to?
    Me and my ex broke up a month or a little over a month ago. We broke up because he said he didn't want a relationship anymore. I was heartbroken and confused. He started texting me and we were going to hang out but my parents don't like him and said they'll take away everything if I get back together with him. I really do love him and he text me the other night and told me he still loves me. But tonight he said I didn't want to get back together so he guesses he'll move on. I told him that he hasn't tried to get back with me.

    I asked what he wanted me to say and does he want to get back together he said I don't know right now. Now he said he'll never forget about me. His mom also has sent me messages on Facebook saying she's sorry and we might get back together.

    I really want to get back together but I'm afraid of my parents and then he says he loves me and acts like he wants to get back together then says he doesn't know. I'm just confused but I really love him still with all my heart we dated for almost 8months.

    I just need advice and someone to tell me what to do. Because I'm willing to take a risk but I just wish he knew what he wants.

    He says he doesn't know what he wants and is sending you mixed signals because that is just it, he does not know. I'm guessing you're very young if your parents have such control regarding who you date. Young love is often intense and brief. Try your best to forget about him and soon enough you'll find someone else that will be head over heels for you and will be certain about it.

    Whether he means to or not, he is stringing you along with false hope. He may want you in the friend zone but him and his mom are just keeping you hanging, and you should cut them both from your life.

    You will never heal your broken heart with any more contact with either of them, and should listen to your parents on this one. Hurts I know, but for the best.

    How old are you both?

    I am 16 and he is about to be 17.his mom acted like she really wants us to get back together she said she thinks the world of me and it's his loss.his little sister also text and calls me she thinks of me as a older sister.my parents said they'll take away my car and phone but if I knew he loves me back I would just give that stuff to them and date him again.but thanks! I think I'm going to try to move on and forget about him even though it's hard.

    Stand back and let life take its course. Obviously you still love him if you're asking for online advice, but if he says he needs a break then... Well... Just wait. But, stay in contact with him.
