    Fast heart rate
    My dog has a fast heart rate, weight gain, pants a lot, has an increased appetite, has difficulty breathing , what is the diagnosis?

    There's absolutely no way to provide a diagnosis online. Tests need to be run, the dog needs to be seen by a vet. You won't find the answer to this online.

    Please take the dog to a vet.
