Any time you have sex pregnancy is possible, so yes, you could be pregnant.

Sadly there's no way to tell other than a pregnancy test. Wait until you miss your period, and test around a week or two after that using first morning urine. If the test is negative it may be too early to test, at which point you should wait until your next period is due, and if that is missed test again or see your doctor for a more accurate blood test.

    Good luck.

So you are tracking your ovulation though medical testing (not though a online or phone app?)
The phone apps have no value at all.

But yes of course you could be pregnant, you had unprotected sex 4 ? Times.

So have you missed your next period yet ? If so, wait a week after first day due and then do a pregnancy test using first urine of the morning
