What is this movie where a blue creature kills a man
I saw part of this movie on TV in 1995, possibly in January. It was color, live action, horror, 90s or 80s. I saw the end, and it took place in a cabin at night. A crusty, crudgy man was sleeping in an easy chair and had a fire going. A blue, fanged, Yeti-like creature, similar to the monster shown in Creepshow's "The Crate", was watching at the window. The man was white and ruddy, with thinning reddish hair and mustache, and wearing a plaid shirt. He may have fallen asleep with a lit cigarette, because he woke up cursing. He noticed the time was around 3 AM, and said "Time for breakfast". By the end the monster had killed him, and it was laughing as it said something about Halloween.

I've tried Google and Wikipedia searches for this.
