    Girlfriend needs space?
Me and my ex girlfriend have been together for 2+ years and thinks have been acting weird lately. She just came from vacation and she was very dry etc. after some minor fighting she told me she needs some space cause of some terrible personal issues that she wants to figure out. What do I do?

    Some details about our relationship:

-We rarely had any problems, pretty solid happy relationship.
-The possibility of her being with someone else is very small cause we had a good relationship. And she is a pretty shy person with a small amount of friends etc.

So what do I do? I told her she can have all the time she wants but I'm afraid she is just going to give up on us.

Maybe you should just do as she asks. Give her a little space. Ask her how long she thinks she might need and/or agree upon a time when you two will begin communicating again. If you have a solid, happy relationship, then I don't think you need to worry about her leaving. It's very possible that she just sincerely needs some time to clear her head.

After 2+ years together, I would think she would include you in her effort to work through these problems. After all, who knows her better and can help her most skillfully than you?

So maybe she is rethinking your relationship. Maybe she has found someone new. Maybe she regret getting serious too early and too fast and wants to be open to other guys.

My suggestion to you, no matter what is going through her head -- go No Contact. That would be good for you especially and also for her. And I mean NO Contact. Like backpack said, set a time limit -- one month maybe, but meanwhile No Contact.

She tells me everything and we solved pretty much all the problems we had together until this. This must be pretty important cause I've never seen her so sad and dry.. Also the possibility of her finding someone else is minor to zero since like I said before we had fun and we rarely fought. Even if we did it would be for stupid reasons we would laugh together after about them.

Well regardless of whether you think there is someone else or not, giver her space and go NC.
There is something going on and she wants space from you.
