    Trying to conceive
    I have been trying to conceive for six years I have no health problems my fiancé have motility decreased.meaning some of his cells don't move fast enough to ketch me on My ovulation days.im being monitored by a infertility doctor this month I had 100mg of clomid I got a ultrasound done it showed I ovulated 3 mature follicles.we had sex on the days my doctor ask me two I did every thing on wach of those days laid down for 30mins with a pillow under me.. and now I'm 12dpo and I have been having af llike cramps since 8dpo and sore nipples sleeping a lot peeing a lot moody heart burn but my period is due on the 28th witch is in three days but do you think these AF crampy feeling I'm feeling is early period cramps?

    PMS and pregnancy symptoms are almost exact. Everything you're feeling could be due to PMS, but then again, you could be pregnant. We really can't tell you which one it is. It's too early to test, you haven't missed a period so all you can do is wait and see. That waiting is the hardest part.

    Thank u very much... I get a blood test on Tuesday the 28th so we are keeping our hands cross!! Ill keep in touch...

    Just remember that a negative blood test this early, could be because it's way too early to test. Some women don't get a reliable pregnancy test until they're into their second trimester.

    The best sign that you could be pregnant is a missed period. That's something that hasn't even happened yet. I'm actually surprised that a doctor would do a blood test at this stage.
