I missed my period while on the pill last month and took a hpt it was negative but all the lines on the test were all not present, I have had some nausea and tiredness and some slight cramping and some in my lower back. What should I do and when should I retest. My period should have been here 1 week ago.

Retest again and be sure to use first morning urine.

You should probably wait another week to test. If it is still negative you will need to wait to see if your next period comes.
