So if you were in a relationship and the relationship got really rocky to where you and the baby daddy is fighting all the time. And I mean every week knowing what kind of looser he is lets say the father to be is nothing, doesn't want to work for a living he rather steal & sale and steal metal, copper whatever he can steal to make money and not only that he is an acholoic and a druggie loves his beer and meth cocaine crack which ever... why would I want him to be on the birth certificate or have anything to do with the baby hell he wasn't involved with his 2 other kids and is $35,000$ behind in child support already been going to court every 2 month. That is a loser and I have a big decision to make

I notice that this switched from "you" to "I" midstream. Why would "you" put him on the birth certificate? Because he's the child's father. The birth certificate isn't some sort of prize. It's a legal document and he is the father.
