    Type 1 Diabetes
I have Diabetes type 1. I went out drinking and had taken 10 units of Humalog
For a meal I couldn't eat a little while before. I also took 20 units of NPH
About 4 hours ago. I called my endocrinologist and she said to eat something
And I would be fine, but I cannot keep anything down and right now my blood
Sugar is 48 and I am worried it will drop further. I have a really bad
Headache, nausea/vomiting, and I just don't feel well. What do you suggest I
Do? Listen to my endocrinologist and try to eat some crackers and drink
Gatorade and then go to bed? Or listen to my training (I am training to be a
    Paramedic) and do more?

If you can't hold anything down you need to seek medical attention at once.
