Need to fix shutoff valve leak under sink

Just had kitchen remodeled with sink removed and put back in place. Sink and all plumbing is 25 years old.. Replaced supply hose but have leak from shutoff valve. Is it worth replacing the internals of the valve or is it best to just replace the entire valve?
