    Custody of twin nieces
Well I went with my sister in law and got a temp legal Guardianship letter today. I was suppose to bring them to live with me and now she has changed her mind. What rights do I have or how good of a chance do I have getting full custody? Just a little info She has 2 other children that she gave up about 5 years ago to the fathers family. And she always says how she doesn't want them. The only reason she won't let them go is because she still wants to receive benefits for them. Mind you I she calls me every holiday to pick them up even Mothers Day!
They always tell me they want me to be their mommy and my heart breaks. I relly just want what's best for the girls but don't know how to go about it! Please Help!!

Currently you have no rights at all. The temporary guardianship can be revoked at any time. The only way you stand a chance of wresting the children from their mother is if you can prove her unfit. And that means getting Family Services involved.
