    Forged child support
My ex forged my signature on child support with out my knowledge and have been stacking up payments along with interest. Since I did not know he filed I never knew I had child support to pay
Now its over 100,000 I owe and I just want to know what I can do being he forged my signature and also got remarried and were not even legally divorced

First its not a good idea to piggyback your question on another thread. This can lead to confusion. So I've moved your question to its own thread.

I'm not clear what happened here. Your ex filed for child support and forged your name on what? Support was ordered but you were never informed?

Also he remarried when your divorce was never legal?

So you have forgery and bigamy complaints against him(?). Go to the police and report it. Not sure how you can prove the forgery, but the bigamy should be clear.

Ok, so he got a default judgment because of the forged papers. Did he get a divorce by default as well?

    Bu do what I said.

I am wondering about the child he is getting support for, didn't you do anything about him getting custody or did you agree to that?

I did not agree to anything
I let my son stay with my grandmother for a while when I was going threw sum tuff times with a boyfriend and didn't want my son in the middle
My ex then went to tx where my grandma lives and my grandma let him take him and gave him the paper she had me sign when she took him in case he got hurt out there (so that's what she said) and I didn't have the money to fight for him back and just let him go and stay with his dad
He is happy with him but the fact still remains I was never legally served and my signature was forged and even said he served me at address that I never lived at or even exsitis and had his cousin sign saying he was the witness
I have a lawyer but he seems to be no use and doesn't seem to get what I'm generally mad about

I told you what to do. Bigamy is a criminal offense, so is forgery. Go to the police.

As for your lawyer ask him to file to vacate the child support order on the grounds of improper service.

And again where is the child in all this?
