    What charges can I get for theft in dwelling?
    I'm 19 and being charged with theft in dwelling. What charges am I looking at? I'm really scared cause I have a 3 week old daughter and I really don't miss any part of her life and I really don't want to to prison

    What you want doesn't mater... if you cared you would not have done it. What you get is what the court decides... lots of mothers are in prison.

    What state was this in... and do you have any prior convictions or arrests? If you don't have a lawyer yet, you need to get one...
