    wv laws on terminating a fathers rights
    My son is 4yrs old. He has only saw his biological father 3x, the last time was 2yrs ago. My son does not know him at all. His step father has raised him since I was 5mths pregnant. His biological father is a sexton offender, how do I get his rights terminated?

    Sexton offender ? He did something to a shipping navigation device ?

    Assuming you mean sex offender, who to, was the child a victim ? Or was this a teenage girl when he was a older teen ? The type and how he is a offender,

    Was he a sex offender when you were with him ? Where you the victim of the sex abuse ?

    Is there a child support order in place ? Is there a child custody order in place? Is he paying child support ?

    Does his step father want to adopt him? That is likely to be the only way you will get his rights terminated. Get an attorney and file for adoption.
