    How can I stop paying child support when child that's not mine
    I'm in pain child support that's not mine for 17 years . I found out that the child wasn't 2 years ago but my name is on the birth certificate. And now the courts are saying no I still have to pay child support

    Are you in Virginia by chance?

    Where I think the problem is that you acknowledget it as your own then... and did pay all these years...

    If the child is 17 now... support usually ends at 18.
