Movie from late 80s early 90s
I can just remember a couple of things so bear with me the only think I can remember is a gang of bad guys put a shock collar on a guy because he wouldn't kill someone for them and the reason for that being is the guy with the collar on use to be a wrestler or kick boxer and the guy he was suppose to kill was a big fan of his and he gave the guy a medal that he had won and he remembered him and didn't want to kill him
