I have 3 siblings from my mother and father, my mother passed away in 1981, my father remarried and has a son from that marriage. My mother and father owned a home together. My father passed away in 2005 and his wife and son lived in the house to present. My fathers wife is now ready to sell the family home. There is a will from my father that does not leave anything to his 4 original children. There is no will upon my mothers death. What does Louisiana law say we have to do to sell this home and what happens if one original sibling does not want to sign? Thank you. Carol
