    First, a landlord generally doesn't serve an eviction notice. A landlord serves a vacate notice that is the first step in the eviction process. That notice should specify by when you have to vacate. If it is a vacate notice and not an eviction order from a court, then if you ignore the order, the landlord will have to go to court for an eviction order. How long that takes will depend on the local courts.
