My questions are as follows:
My suspension period is up in September. What steps do I have to follow to get my license back?
I will obviously have an interlock restriction on my license. Is this from sentence date, or from install date?
To get my license from DMV, do I need to prove I have a vehicle with an interlock, or can I get my license and then purchase a vehicle and have the device installed?
I am concerned that you are still drinking - https://www.askmehelpdesk.com/addict...ic-677899.html
In NY the interlock is for the period ordered following restoration of your License. For example, if you get your license today the time frame starts today.
You have to provide proof that the device has been installed and is working. The installer "usually" provides a form of certification. If you buy a vehicle with a device installed you would need to have it re-certified.

You should have pointed that out before. This is an international site and there is a Suffolk county in multiple States of the USA. New York and Virginia are two that I know if and I know there are others...
Its rude to dish out a not helpful when you are the one who failed to provide ANY indication of what country you reside in.

What is a "not helpful"? Is that what I did when I put "inaccurate"? No need to be rude on your part either... it was unintentional. I am not on this website often, and figured I was just telling the poster that the information was not what I was looking for... as the link would imply.

Yes, it is, and it hurt my reputation on AMHD.
What about my information was "inaccurate?" Maybe I live in NY and am very familiar with Suffolk County and so that's how I answered the question. So you thought that saying I was inaccurate addressed your failure to post which Suffolk?
My research and what I posted was 100% spot on.
I do notice you're on AMHD often enough to change your other question - the link to which I posted - to conform to this question.
Too bad I couldn't read your mind. Sigh.

I removed the "innacurate" already. I did not intend to insult, and I honestly didn't think there was a score being kept. I was under the impression that people were here to help others. And yes, I am familiar with some message boards, but they are mostly about baking, and I don't make a career out of trolling about on them. I will definitely not be returning to this webpage... it would seem you people have made lives of answering questions online, and are irrationally sensitive about it... I mean smoothy over there has got 11,000 bloody posts... I have ten. Calm yourself. I wish I could just delete my questions and never return. At the least I can do the latter.

We're irrational, and you're the one asking about getting a revoked license and continuing to drink?
Smoothy and I have management jobs and can be on and off the computer all day. How about you?
And we're calm. Good-bye.
Oh, nice bit of editing. Too bad for you that I actually quoted you.
Cowardly but interesting. Also not terribly smart.

I'm not even going to comment further after that rant... JudyKayTee said it all too well already.
