    What is the treatment of pre-operating expenses and what are the composition of the said expenses?

    Depends on the detail of the expenses. If they are related to products, which will eventually generates income, they should be categorized as Research and Development. If they are just for setting up the company, like business licenses, then they are organization expenses.
