    Enlarged Uterus
Hey, my doctor told me today that my uterus is enlarged and that she would like me to have a transvaginal ultrasound. Previously, I was on the pill for over a year; however, my insurance ran out and I stopped taking it. Later, I found another pack and took it for just a week before deciding to stop (not worth it for just one month). I had some withdrawal bleeding, and then a few weeks later, right on schedule, I had what I'm pretty sure was my period. The flow wasn't quite as heavy as usual, but still substantial. Two weeks later, I happened to be at the doctor's for a checkup, and she told me that my uterus is enlarged. I have not had sex since before my period two weeks ago. Any thoughts on whether this could be a pregnancy? My doctor seemed to suggest that what I thought was my period was just "spotting." Could the enlarged uterus be the result of stopping the pill mid-cycle?
