How do you know it's your kidney?
Why haven't you called your regular doctor? That's almost always much better than the rushed care of an ER (despite what you see on TV).
So call your doctor, wait for a call back, if no call back tonight, go to the ER. Try not to go late at night.

After a week,? But these are things you go see your regular doctor about, not wait and wait and then run to the ER where it is going to cost 10 times as much.
