    Refile child support
My overnights have been well over 90 per year for the past 2 plus years(documented). I have been so focused on my job and children, I did not realize this till recently. What is my first step to have my support adjusted and can I ask for retro-active?

This all depends on where this is at, Twain ? Or US, and If US, Id or Mn ?

In general no you will not get past changed, and only some places will the number of days you visit change the support.

Has your visitation changed from the original court order? If not, I see no grounds for an a modification.

We had this same issue, however, even though we documented all the extra time we had with my ss, because it wasn't in the court order to have the extra time, they wouldn't change it. Good luck though.

Exactly. If a parent is spending more time with the child then is called for, that's just voluntary and will not affect support unless the custody order is modified.
