I have changed the radiator, thermostat, heating vale, and water pump but my 97 Chevy Tahoe still runs hot. What should I do next?

It's imperative that you read your Owner's Manual on how to drain and refill your radiator, before you begin. Failure to do so can cost you an engine. Only then will you learn how to purge air from the system, which can prevent the cooling fans from coming on. In turn, the engine will overheat, the aluminum head will warp, the head gasket will blow, and coolant will be blown out of the overflow reservoir, possibly damaging the radiator.

I just finished repairing a 2000 Honda Civic LX where this happened. It required milling and repairing the head, installing a new head gasket, water pump, timing belt, and many other items to repair the engine. The original estimate was $3,200.

All of this could have been avoided, if the owner had read the Owner's Manual on how to drain and refill the radiator. The ignition switch, in this case, needed to be turned to ON (Position II) and the temperature dial needed to be turned all the way clockwise to open the heater control valve. On other Hondas, the bleeder bolt needs to be opened when refilling the radiator. The point is to read beforehand the procedure for your vehicle.
