Pregnant and not know it due to my tubes being tied? Had morning sickness lastnight. Took a test a few days after my last period and it said negative. So I drank a few beers after a show then I started to spot blood. I can't tell if I'm urinating more due to having a blatter infection atm. But the next day after spotting I had bad lower ab and back pain. Going to take another test today. But worried it's going to say negative again and that I really might be pregnant.

There's a tiny chance (<1%) of pregnancy with tubals, and there are different kinds of tubals, and how many on each side.
You could just be sick (or hung over)?
