    Free Repair Manual for Kenmore Washer
    Washer fills with water, then stops? Any ideas what I should check, power outlet is good.

    This sounds like your water level switch not closing. It's opening to stop water flow then failing to make to start the timer, or it's a timer issue. You will need a meter to test it.
