That won't work. Your muscle tissue will disappear and your fat cells will stay to feed your body and keep you from dying. So you won't lose any fat.

If you stay off sugar, products made with wheat flour, and rice for two weeks, plus do vigorous exercise like lots of bike riding, you will lose maybe 3-4 pounds.
