is this a good weight loss plan?
I am currently trying to lose 50 pounds in 2 months I'm 11 years old I'm 5"00 and I weigh 143 pounds just because I'm 11 doesn't mean I can't do this I'm very determined so I know its possible. Each exercises I will be doing every day and I will eat the same meal every day these are the meals:

Morning: Regular Oatmeal with Blueberries ( I will buy the blueberries not buy oatmeal that has crappy blueberries in it.)

Lunch: I usually am not hungry until dinner but if I do get hungry I will eat a salad ( couple of sliced onion pieces, half apple sliced, cooked chicken, half of a tablespoon of sour cream)

Dinner: I have no clue any healthy suggestions for Dinner?

    Exercises:
Morning: Fast walk the whole park 4 times ( that would take 1 hour) non stop. Then hula hoop for half an hour to 1 hour

Middle of day: Free swimming ( just swimming randomly not doing laps) for an hour- hour and half. Then jump rope for 30 minutes

Evening: 1 hour- 1 hour and a half bike ride.

Im so sorry this is super long. If you have a better plan please tell me! Because I really want to lose 50 pounds in 2 months. I have time for it all you don't need to worry about that. Thanks for reading :)

You cannot lose 25 pounds in a month -- maybe 7 tops.

You must eat more than that for lunch. One rule is to eat breakfast like a king, lunch like a commoner, and dinner like a pauper. Your meal plan in any event needs work.

PLEASE talk to your pediatrician (and their dietician) AND parents before you try to embark on a diet. You're only 11, so you need to make sure that you're getting the nutrition that your body needs to GROW (unlike an adult dieting who has finished growing and wants to lose weight) your needs are different. Why are you trying to lose 50 pounds in two months? This is not a safe amount of weight to lose and it's not possible to do so. And is 50 pounds putting you below the healthy threshold of weight for your height? - Don't forget that you are NOT a grown up so your body may go through a phase of being a bit heavier for your frame in preparation for a growth spurt upwards.

You need to be sensible and safe... dieting and body image problems can lead to eating disorders and worse. If you do this the wrong way, you can hurt how your body develops, how your muscles grow, and how your metabolism operates.

Your meal choices for lunch and breakfast are sensible but portion amount and adding whole grains and veggies is important. Try not to skip meals as well , eating small meals throughout the day will help keep your energy levels stable and help you lose weight. And make sure you are getting enough calories and nutrition.

Your exercise scheme is outlandish, extreme and burns far too many calories for your age --- you will not be able to sustain that level of activity (which is like an ultra triathlete) and you can definitely hurt your muscles (their ability to rest and repair) that way. -- so forget about doing all that exercise and focus on at least 30 to 40 minutes of exercise per day.

If you don't lose 50 pounds in two months you will still be just perfect :) focus on being healthy!

The most I've ever lost in 2 months and keep in mind I'm a professional boxer/personal trainer is 17 lbs

    You won't lose 50 sorry.

Your breakfast is literally identical to mine so good there
Lunch I usually have a shake. Chop up some fruit and blend it up
Dinner any lean meat or greens would be great.

No you will not lose 50, trying too hard will just get you very sick.

First, eat a better breakfeast, nice well balanced meal.

    Next always eat a lunch

    Cut back on supper

No fast foods, no soft drinks
