Hair color during interview with HR
This may sound like a strange question, but I`m curious to know.. I am an african american women, with a carmel complection, however I recently added highlights to my hair which are honey blonde and carmel. Ive been applying for HR positions with the state of La however Im wondering if I should tone my streaks down some.. even though the colors are not pink, blue or purple or anything. Do they noticethings like this&would this keep me from being chosen in an interview?
