    Unjustly accused
Does a female who has a history of accusing males of violence and rapes through the courts and the refuge have the same power as a normal citizen in the same situation?
I know of one such person whose fourth victim (that I know of)is presently in jail on rape charges due to her 'evidence'.

Same power ? Not sure what you mean by power, she has the same right to accusse and the police have the duty to investigate.

In court at the trial, her record and background can be used

What does "normal" mean? I assume she is a "normal" person you are alleging is making false complaints.

    Why is evidence in quotes?

I don't know what you mean by through the courts "and the refuge" - ?

    Hello W:

If this lady does that, then it's GOOD for your friend. If his attorney is any good, her evidence will be destroyed at trial and your friend will go free.
