First, I'm not sure what you mean by "lost cilmate setting." How was it diagnosed that the PCM was the fault?
The PCM, or Power Comtrol Module, doesn't usually hold the settings for your air conditioning. It is there to operate the engine and transmission functions.
Tell us more about the symptoms you're having and any steps you've taken so far to fix it.
And, yes, there options other than the dealership for having calibrations reset should that be needed.

It sounds like you need to read up on your Electronic Air Temperature Control (EATC) System.

I replaced the maf sensor and it drives great all day but won't turn over in early morn or late in the eve when temp drops. I think the pcm lost some settings .
It has nothing to do with the ac. Dealer says he can do it but does it have to be
Done at the dealer ? Thanks

Again, no. The dealer is not the only source for PCM programming. Use the iatn/shopfinder link in my signature to locate a shop in your area. Interview them and tell them what your car is doing to see if they can help.
Usually, a 'no crank cold' is related to the electrical portion of the starting system.
You state it won't even turn over when cold? Has any testing been done to the starting system? Battery fully charged? Both ends of both battery cables clean and tight?
Even if the PCM is severely affected due to tempurature drop, I don't see how a programming is going to fix that.
A second opinion seem very much in order here, sir.

This is just fyi ; The advice by captain rich was not correct . I went to a mechanic from the iatn list and spent $512. Dollars only to find out that the pcm needs re-programming and the mechanic was unqualified to work on it . Even though I'm in a fix because I can't afford to pay that much money for a still broken car I just want you to know that the mechanics on that list cannot program the pcm . Because of the financial mess I'm in I'll have to wait a long time to be able to get get it fixed . Next time I'll take it to the dealer .
