Carrier a/c not working at all
My carrier AC unit has stopped working. I have reset the thermostat's temperature to 76 degrees but the thermostat's reading was 86 degrees; however, the condenser fan did not run. I have also reset the breakers and those are fine. I've read other posts and heard of a cooling capacitor but do not know where I can locate it. Anyone know? Thanks in advance for any help.
