    Body vibrations
    My body vibrates when I sit up from a lying position any help please.

    Would the vibrations be visible to someone else?

    How long do they last? Just in the morning when you wake up?

    It only happens when I sit up from a lying position.
    It only lasts for a couple of seconds

    I'm 34
    What happens is I will be lying down , then if day I lift my head up as like a start of a sit up my chest and stomach will vibrate for a few seconds . That's the best way I can describe it . Yes it is visible

    Have you asked your doctor about it?

    Is this a cause for concern, like, is there some kind of pain or discomfort with it? Or you just want to know why?

    No pain just a bit weird when it happens just looking to see if any one else has experienced it.
