Getting timeshares into one's own name
OK I have one for you - similar but different.
My husband and I legally separated. Our paperwork indicates I was to get the timeshares and he was to sign off via a quit claim. He never did - and I have been paying the dues.
I wish to purchase more shares and combine into one larger contract - can't until he is off title to what we had/have.
Does anyone know how I go about filing for a quiet title transfer wihtout paying $1200 attorney fees?

First its not a good idea to piggyback your question on another thread. This can lead to confusion. So I've moved your question to its own thread.

If the timeshares are deeded (not all are), then changing title is no different from any piece of property.

You file back in divorce court that ordered him to sign them over to hold him in contempt for not doing it, and order him to present his self in court and sign them.
