    Lumps on back of hand/wrist
I've got these hard round bumps on the back of my hand at the wrist, one's in the centre (on my right hand) and if I put my hand flat I can't see or feel it, the other one is lower down to the side (on my left hand) but if I put my hand flat it's still there. They both hurt and are as hard as bone, I've got painful wrists as it is so I can do without the added ache. I know someone else who's got them and he says he thinks its tendinitis but he's not very reliable.
Is there a way to get rid of them?
