Hello,

I'm having a difficult time finding a particular Chinese movie.

It was either in the late 80's to the early 90's, about a group of kids going to some camp or boot camp (maybe?). There was one kid who stood out because in the movie, he was bald (like a monk), does drunken boxing near the end of the film. There was also a chubby kid who had a vampire (those Chinese vampires who hops around) as his dad.

I can't really describe much else but I know the main villain was Wei. I've tried searching through his filmography but am still having a difficult time finding it. If there's anyone that has any idea what I'm taking about, please help me out!
