I am a 32 year old healthy female.. my periods have always come like clock work since I was 16.. my period was on time again this month but it was shorter than usual. Then a week later it has started again. I am really nervous. It is acting like a normal period.. cramps, bloating, sore breast.. Please Help!

I am a woman in my mid-20's and I have had the occasional 'extra' period. I think most women experience some irregularity in their periods at one time or another. So many things can cause your periods to change (weight gain, weight loss, increased stress). It sounds to me like you period was just interrupted and your body is catching up. Are you worried about something in particular?
