Probation violation when would they arrest me?
I just started probation a month ago I lied about my address and my probation officer who is actually the 'intake officer' said that she had written the violation up already and asked me to come in tomorrow. If I go in tomo will they lock me up? Or do I have to go to court first for a violation before they lock me up? Please need answers fast!! I don't want to go tomo if they are going to lock me up. Please helppppp

If you don't go in tomorrow, it will only be worst when the police come to your door, hand cuff you and drag you to your car.

Yes it is very likely they will arrest you tomorrow or give you a date to report to jaill

No you don't get a hearing first you are put in jail and then have a hearing about what will happen.

They put you in jail on your first violation? That's bull. I'm homeless anyway so they won't come to my door.. I don't have a door. That I'm not going to jail. So I shouldn't go tomo if I don't want to get locked up?

You'll just get locked up longer if you don't go.
