    My boyfriend first shoplifting charge in jersey at acme of 15 dollors worth
    He was lock up for 15 dollors os merchandise what will happen to him with lawyer or public defender

    Does he have a record of other crimes, how old is he ? Is he on probation ?

    No he does not he has no criminal record in nj he is in jail waiting to go to vidoe court he would have been released from the police station from the very start but he wouldn't cooperate with the police he's been locked up since the 5 of August his bail was 2,500,00 no 10% then on his first vidoe court the courts video cam was not working so the judge gave him 10% of his bail now he's going to court pleadin guilty to the jugde without a lawyer or pd on the 15 of August will he be released that day

    He is 29 he would have been released from the policestation but he would not cooperate on the 5 of August his bail was 2,500,00 no 10% he was not seen in video court on that day because the court house video cam was not working so juge finally gave him a 10% he has a new court date on the 15 of August I have no money to bail him out he will plead guilty to the charge without a pd or lawyer will he most likely be released he is only charged with shoplifting
